Barring major emergencies, TechLab is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We understand that you may have developed a connection with a staff member over the telephone, but we assure you that all our staff are equally capable of serving your needs. In the event you bring your machine in for service and the person you spoke with on the telephone is unavailable to directly assist you, another staff member will perform the intake of your machine and keep good notes for all other staff members who work on your equipment. If you are coming in to pick up your equipment, you may be required to show identification prior to pick-up for security purposes. Our telephone number is: (360) 637-8047
