Thank you for visiting the Technology Laboratories at Westside Communications.

TechLab was created to address a problem we've observed:  Specialists in every minute area of technology, rarely working together to resolve the problems of their clients.  On the other hand, some companies try to maximize profits by combining services they really aren't qualified to perform.  Big box stores give their employees 20 hours of on-line training before certifying them as "Computer Technicians" with limited ability to solve complex problems - the frequent response?  Reformat your hard drive, re-install your operating system and send you on your way.  That's not what you need - you need someone who understands that your time is valuable.  Spending hours trying to recompose your computer after a trip to the butcher doesn't seem like such a good deal now, does it?

At TechLab, your repairs and services are overseen by qualified engineers and support staff with more than 70 years combined experience in:

As for costs, we've conducted several research projects to determine what the going rate for repair services are in the harbor. I was pleasantly surprised to find that our rates are consistently 20% less than our competition - both for in-shop and on-location services.

Our experience runs the gamut of private individuals to government entities, not to mention the numerous small and medium-sized businesses we've taken care of for years. (Due to the sensitive nature of the work we've performed for some of our clients, we opted not to list them on the website).  We do, however, discuss some of the projects we've completed to give you a better idea of our capabilities -- and to explain how we're significantly different than our competition.

Serving ALL of Grays Harbor, Raymond, Shelton and into Olympia, you can bring your equipment to us (we give free estimates on carry-in service, so you're out nothing for our advice!) or we can come to your location to resolve the problem for you.  Obviously, a trip to our offices will be less expensive than a service call, but we realize everyone has different needs.  If you're a business, we can provide you 24-hour support and service.  This means we can do our job without being under your feet, allowing you to work at peak efficiency.
